Michael J. Gargiulo is an associate attorney at the firm’s New York City Office handling state and federal court matters for non-performing loan investors, loan servicers, title insurance companies, and real estate investors. Before joining Hasbani & Light, P.C., Michael worked defending general contractors and safety companies in construction accident cases brought under the New York State Labor Law; organizations in matters brought under the Child Victims Act; and transportation companies in motor vehicle accident cases. Michael received a J.D./MBA from Hofstra University and completed his undergraduate studies in philosophy at Colgate University.
