Michael J. Gargiulo is an associate attorney in the firm’s New York City office, handling state and federal court matters for non-performing loan investors, loan servicers, title insurance companies, and real estate investors. Prior to joining Hasbani & Light, P.C., Michael represented general contractors and safety companies in construction accident cases brought under the New York State Labor Law, organizations in matters brought under the Child Victims Act, and transportation companies in motor vehicle accident cases.
Michael earned his J.D./M.B.A. from Hofstra University and completed his undergraduate studies in philosophy at Colgate University.
