Rafi Hasbani

Rafi Hasbani is the founding member of Hasbani & Light, P.C.
His practice includes civil litigation, personal injury, creditors’ rights, and real estate transactions. Rafi has experience handling matters from inception through trial, including both jury and bench trials. He regularly represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in high-value commercial and residential real estate transactions.
In his creditors’ rights practice, Rafi has handled a wide range of matters on behalf of mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and real estate investors, including, but not limited to, contested foreclosures, bankruptcies, REO closings, and quiet title actions.
Rafi earned his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, including their state and federal courts. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Stony Brook University.
