Shachar Hadar is an associate attorney at the firm’s New York City Office. Shachar’s practice focuses on civil litigation and transactional matters, including quiet title actions, bankruptcies, creditors’ rights, and real estate transactions. Shachar represents clients in both state and federal courts and handles all aspects of a client’s case from a litigation perspective, including drafting pleadings, participating in motion practice, conducting depositions, and appearing in court conferences.
Shachar began his law career in Israel in 2013, gaining vast litigation experience in multiple practice areas, including commercial litigation, employment law, and personal injury. After over four years of practicing law in Israel, Shachar moved to New York City, where he obtained his L.L.M. degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was then admitted to the New York State Bar.
As an active member of the legal community, Shachar is a founding member and Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division at the Jewish Lawyers Guild, where he invests in creating connections and networking opportunities for individuals in the law community. Shachar is also bi-lingual and practices his native Hebrew by maintaining connections with a vibrant international community here and abroad.
