Yoni serves as our Office Manager and is our in-house New York Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Yoni was a founding member of two Long Island real estate companies that invested and developed industrial buildings in Long Island, New York. As a founding member, her role was vast. She participated in the overall architectural design, layout and construction of the properties. She also handled day to day operations of the businesses, including mortgage applications and reviews, landlord-tenant issues and permit applications and inspections. This experience makes her highly qualified to work with Hasbani & Light and to assist clients with all of their real estate matters.
